About Judith
Judith Eldredge has a Master's Degree in Human Sexuality and is board certified by ACS (The American College of Sexologists).
I am a member of AASECT (The American Association of Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) and SSSS (The Society for the Scientific Study of Sexuality). I am also an IFS (Internal Family Systemssm model of psychotherapy) practitioner with specialized training in using IFS to work with couples.
In addition to my degree, I hold an Associate in Sex Education. I have been working as a sex educator since 2003 and have experience teaching adults, adolescents, and parents about pleasurable and healthy sexuality.
My sex coach practice draws on my formal training in life coaching and my background in human sexuality.
